Kyle founded Maremcia in January 2016, leveraging his leadership capabilities and business acumen gained from his years of diverse experience at boutique executive search firms. By providing valuable insight into the labor market from a functional, industry, and geographical perspective, Kyle has established himself as key talent acquisition advisor to both small/medium sized businesses (SMBs) building their corporate teams as well as Fortune 500 organizations.


Abhi Mavani

As the Vice President of Recruiting, Abhi combines his previous industry expertise in accounting & tax with his years of recruiting experience at a boutique executive search firm to provide both candidates and corporate clients with a consultative approach to the search process. Abhi's honest, straight-forward style to the recruitment process, as well as his passion and integrity, have allowed him to develop an industry leading interview-to-hire ratio.
